Enjoybyte / Legal
Privacy
Policy.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Enjoybyte ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with its mobile games (each a "Game", together the "Games"). Enjoybyte is the trading name of Vladislav Medvedev, an individual developer based in Poland, who publishes the Games and is the controller of the personal data described here.
| Game | Where you get it | Ads | In-app purchases | Where progress is saved |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Food Merge 3D: Snack Madness | Google Play and the Apple App Store | Yes | No | On your device only |
| Penguin Slide: Endless Run | Apple App Store | Yes | Yes | On your device and in your own iCloud |
Everything below applies to both Games unless a paragraph names one of them. Sections 1 to 12 are about the Games. Section 13 covers the small amount of information handled by this website itself.
1. The short version
- The Games have no accounts, no logins and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or address.
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Games are played, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive reports when a Game crashes.
- The Games are free and show ads through Google AdMob, which picks each ad in an auction between Google and Unity Ads: video ads you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and occasional full-screen ads (Section 2.4).
- We advertise the Games on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta SDK to measure which of those ads led to installs (Section 2.5).
- Penguin Slide sells optional in-app purchases. Apple takes the payment; we never see your card, your name or your Apple Account (Section 2.6). Food Merge 3D has no in-app purchases.
- Nothing is sent to Firebase, the ad networks or Meta until you accept this policy on first launch, and you can withdraw that acceptance at any time in Settings.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices about ad partners and personalized ads before any ad is requested. On iOS the Games also ask for your permission to track. The Games work the same whatever you answer.
- We do not sell your personal information for money. In US states with privacy laws you can opt out of personalized ads in Settings (Section 10.2).
- Your game progress lives on your device and, in Penguin Slide, in your own iCloud. We do not operate a backend for the Games and have no copy of your progress.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
None is required to play. If you email us or use the support form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to answer you.
2.2 Analytics — only after you accept
When you tap Accept on the first-launch screen, the Game enables Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. From that point, the following is collected:
Identifiers
| Identifier | What it is |
|---|---|
| App instance ID | A random ID that Firebase assigns to your installation. It is reset when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. |
| Crashlytics installation ID and Firebase installation ID | Random IDs that Crashlytics and Firebase assign to your installation so that crashes from the same installation can be counted together. They are reset when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. |
| Event and session IDs | Random IDs the Game attaches to each analytics event and play session so that duplicates can be removed and events put in order. |
| Advertising ID (Food Merge 3D only) | A resettable device identifier provided by your operating system: the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the IDFA, and then only if you allow tracking (Section 2.5). Analytics in Penguin Slide never receive the IDFA. |
| Google Play install referrer (Food Merge 3D on Android only) | Tells us which store listing or link led to the installation. |
Device and environment information
Device model, operating system version, graphics processor name, an approximate memory size, device language, the Game's version, and the country or region that Google derives from your IP address. We receive location only at this coarse level — never precise or GPS location.
Gameplay events
The Games report what happens during play so we can balance difficulty and find what is broken. The events cover:
- loading the Game, play sessions starting and ending, and which screens you open;
- the tutorial: its steps and when you finish it;
- levels (Food Merge 3D) or runs (Penguin Slide): when one starts, how it ends, how far you got and what stopped you;
- in Food Merge 3D, key gameplay moments such as throws, merges and served orders;
- progress: milestones, missions, daily bonuses, the reward wheel, and how a league season ended for you;
- the in-game shop: items viewed, unlocked and equipped, and coins earned and spent;
- ads: when an ad was offered, requested, shown, completed or failed to load, which network supplied it, and the estimated revenue from each shown ad;
- in Penguin Slide, purchases (Section 2.6), settings you change (music, sound, vibration, language), your answers on the consent screen and the iOS tracking prompt, and one performance summary per run: frame rate, slow frames, processor and graphics load, and graphics memory.
Alongside these we record a small set of properties describing your installation: progress level, league and season number, game language, whether the tutorial is finished, the skin you have equipped, your graphics processor and memory size, your coin, score and run totals as ranges rather than exact values, and in Penguin Slide whether you have made a purchase or bought No Ads.
None of this identifies you by name. It describes a game installation, not a person — but because it is tied to the identifiers above, we treat it as personal data.
Firebase also exports these events — and, for Penguin Slide, the crash reports — to Google BigQuery, a Google database in the EU where we build our reports. It is the same data, held by the same company on our behalf.
Game settings (Food Merge 3D)
After you accept, Food Merge 3D also downloads some of its settings — for example level difficulty, rewards, prices of in-game items and whether ads are shown — from Firebase Remote Config, a Google service. To choose the right settings, the request carries the Firebase installation ID listed above, the Game's version, your device language and the country Google derives from your IP address. Some settings may differ between groups of players so that we can compare two versions of the Game (A/B testing). If you have not accepted this policy, or your device is offline, the Game uses the settings built into it.
2.3 Crash reports — only after you accept
When a Game crashes, freezes (Android only), or runs into an error in its own code that it recovers from, Firebase Crashlytics prepares a report and sends it the next time you open the Game. A report contains:
- the technical trace of what the Game was doing at the moment of the failure, and the type of failure;
- on Android, when the failure happens inside the game engine, a snapshot of the engine's memory state (a minidump), which Crashlytics keeps only as long as it needs to process the crash;
- the state of the device at that moment: device model, processor architecture, operating system version, screen orientation, free memory and storage, whether the Game was in the foreground, and whether the device is rooted or jailbroken;
- the Game version and where you were: in Food Merge 3D the level and the attempt number; in Penguin Slide the run number, whether a run was in progress, the skin in use and the current world;
- in Food Merge 3D, the most recent gameplay events listed in Section 2.2, so we can see what led up to the failure;
- the identifiers listed in Section 2.2.
Crashlytics also records when each play session starts, so we can tell what share of sessions end in a crash.
Crash reports contain no text you type, no files from your device and no information about other apps.
2.4 Advertising — only after you accept
The Games show ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). For each ad, AdMob runs an auction between Google's own advertisers and Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), whose SDK is built into the Games for this purpose; the winner supplies the ad. These are the only two ad networks in the Games. If we connect others, we will list them in Section 5 before they receive anything.
There are two kinds of ads:
- Rewarded ads: video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, such as coins, a power-up, a skin, a doubled reward, a second chance or another spin. You never have to watch one.
- Interstitial ads: full-screen ads shown occasionally between levels in Food Merge 3D, and when you leave a run in Penguin Slide. They never appear during the tutorial. In Penguin Slide the No Ads purchase removes them; rewarded ads stay available because they are optional.
The ads SDKs are not started until you have tapped Accept and answered the prompts described under "The order of the prompts" in Section 2.5. Once they run, Google and Unity collect the following to request, show and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud:
- your IP address, and the country or region derived from it;
- device and app information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, mobile carrier and connection type, screen size, the Game's version and bundle ID;
- device identifiers that your operating system makes available: on Android, the Advertising ID; on iOS, the identifier for vendors (IDFV), and the IDFA only if you allowed tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you did not, neither Google nor Unity receives the IDFA;
- information about the ads: which ads were requested and shown, whether you tapped them, whether a rewarded ad was watched to the end, and technical diagnostics of the ads SDKs;
- your privacy choices: your answers in Google's consent form and, on iOS, your tracking answer, so that the ad networks can respect them.
The Games also report their own advertising events to Google Analytics for Firebase, as listed in Section 2.2. This helps us decide how often ads should appear.
Google's consent form (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Right after you accept this policy, the Game shows Google's consent form, part of the ads SDK and registered under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. It asks whether Google, Unity and other listed ad partners may use your data, and whether ads may be personalized. Ads are requested only after you answer, and only within your choices. You can reopen the form at any time from the ad privacy row in Settings (Ad privacy settings in Food Merge 3D, Ad Privacy in Penguin Slide; Section 7).
Personalized ads. Whether an ad may be chosen using what the ad networks know about your device depends on where you are:
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: ads are personalized only if you agree in Google's consent form, and on iOS only if you also allow tracking. If you do not, ads are not personalized, and the ad networks may still use limited data to show, count and protect them.
- US states with privacy laws (see Section 10): ads may be personalized unless you opt out from the ad privacy row in Settings. After you opt out, Google applies restricted data processing, Unity stops using the data for personalized ads, and the data is used only to show, measure and protect ads.
- Elsewhere: ads on Android may be personalized unless you delete or reset your Advertising ID (Section 7). On iOS ads may be personalized using the IDFA only if you allowed tracking; otherwise they are not.
How Google uses information from apps that show its ads is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. How Unity uses it is described at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
2.5 Advertising measurement (Meta) — only after you accept
We buy ads for the Games on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which of those ads led someone to install and play a Game, and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to enjoy it, the Games include the Meta SDK (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States). It is not started until you have tapped Accept and, on iOS, answered the tracking prompt. Once it runs, it sends to Meta:
- that the Game was installed and opened;
- progress milestones: finishing the tutorial; in Food Merge 3D, reaching levels 3, 5, 10 and 20; in Penguin Slide, completing a certain number of runs (2, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100);
- in Penguin Slide, each in-app purchase you make: which product and its price in US dollars;
- device and app information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, screen size, number of processor cores, storage space, the Game's version and bundle ID;
- your IP address;
- on Android, the Advertising ID;
- on iOS, the IDFA — only if you allow tracking (below).
Meta may match this information with a Facebook or Instagram account on the same device to attribute an install to an ad and to improve how ads are delivered. The Games do not send Meta any gameplay details beyond the items above, and they do not use Facebook login or share anything to your Facebook or Instagram account.
The order of the prompts. On first launch you see, in this order: the screen asking you to accept the Terms of Use and this policy; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (Section 2.4); and on iOS, the system tracking prompt. Analytics and crash reporting start after the first step. The ads SDKs and the Meta SDK start only after the last one.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS). iOS asks whether the Game may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you allow it, Meta, Google and Unity may receive your IDFA. If you don't, they never do: Meta then only receives aggregated, anonymous measurement through Apple's SKAdNetwork and Meta's Aggregated Event Measurement. The Game works exactly the same either way, and you can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
US states with privacy laws. For users in those states the Meta SDK runs in Meta's Limited Data Use mode: Meta processes the data only as our service provider and does not use it for its own advertising purposes.
How Meta uses information from apps is described at www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and in Meta's Business Tools Terms (www.facebook.com/legal/businesstech).
2.6 In-app purchases (Penguin Slide only)
Penguin Slide sells optional items for real money: character skins, packs and No Ads. Food Merge 3D has no in-app purchases.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Apple takes the payment and holds the payment details. We never receive your card number, your name, your billing address or your Apple Account.
- What the Game learns from the App Store, on your device: which of its products your Apple Account owns, whether a purchase went through, was cancelled or is waiting for approval, and the price in your currency. It uses this to unlock what you bought and to restore it when you tap Restore Purchases.
- What is saved: the list of unlocked products is kept in your saved game (Section 2.7).
- What is sent to Firebase, after you accept: that a purchase was started, completed, failed or restored; the product; its catalogue price in US dollars and the price shown to you; and where in the Game you started it. This is tied to the installation identifiers in Section 2.2, not to your name or Apple Account.
- What is sent to Meta: completed purchases, as described in Section 2.5.
Refunds are requested from and decided by Apple.
2.7 Information kept on your device and in your iCloud
Your progress, unlocked skins and worlds, coin balance, settings, daily bonus streak and the record of your consent are written to the Game's private storage on your device.
Food Merge 3D keeps them there and nowhere else. We have no copy.
Penguin Slide also keeps a copy of the saved game in iCloud, in the storage Apple provides to the Game inside your own Apple Account, so that your progress follows you to a new device or survives a reinstall. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policy. We cannot read that storage and have no copy. You can switch it off for the Game in Settings → your name → iCloud; the Game then saves on the device only.
The in-game leaderboards are generated on your device and populated with computer-controlled opponents. No player data is uploaded, exchanged or compared with other people.
2.8 Connectivity checks
To tell you when the device is offline, the Games occasionally send an empty request to a standard connectivity-check service operated by Google, Apple or (Food Merge 3D only) Cloudflare. These requests carry no game data, but like any internet request they expose your IP address to the operator of the service. Those companies handle it under their own privacy policies.
3. Why we use this information
| Purpose | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Making the Games work | Detecting connectivity, loading and saving your progress, in Food Merge 3D downloading game settings (Section 2.2), and in Penguin Slide syncing progress through your iCloud. |
| Delivering purchases (Penguin Slide) | Unlocking what you bought, restoring it on a new device or after a reinstall, and answering questions about a purchase. |
| Understanding and improving gameplay | Seeing where players get stuck, which levels or stretches are too hard, and which features go unused. |
| Diagnosing problems | Finding and fixing crashes, freezes, errors, performance issues and device-specific failures, using the crash reports described in Section 2.3. |
| Measuring reach and revenue | Counting installs, understanding which regions and devices the Games run on, and seeing in aggregate how much ads and purchases bring in. |
| Measuring our own advertising | Learning which of our ads on Facebook and Instagram led to installs and to players who keep playing, as described in Section 2.5, so we spend our advertising budget on ads that work. |
| Showing ads | Requesting, showing and measuring the ads described in Section 2.4, granting rewards for watched rewarded ads, and preventing ad fraud. Ads are how the Games are paid for. |
| Answering you | Replying to emails and to messages sent through the support form. |
We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not use this information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Google's, Unity's and Meta's own use of advertising data is described in Sections 2.4 and 2.5.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the Swiss data protection law applies:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the rules on storing and reading information on your device) — for analytics, crash reports, the ads SDKs and advertising measurement by Meta. You give it on the first-launch screen and nothing is collected before that. Whether ad partners may use your data, including for personalized ads, is a second, separate consent you give, refuse or change in Google's consent form (Section 2.4), and you can refuse it and still play. See Section 7 for how to take either consent back.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — for delivering and restoring in-app purchases, saving your progress, and replying when you ask us for help.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for connectivity checks, for keeping the Games secure and functional, and for answering messages that are not support requests. Our interest is in delivering a working game; the impact on you is minimal, and you can object at any time (Section 9).
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information for money. The companies that receive data for advertising are Google, Unity and Meta, as described below; Section 10.2 explains how US state laws treat personalized ads.
| Recipient | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google (Firebase Analytics and BigQuery) | Everything described in Section 2.2, plus the advertising events described in Section 2.4 and the purchase events described in Section 2.6 | They process it on our behalf, as our processor, so we can see aggregated analytics. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google (Firebase Remote Config) | For Food Merge 3D, the Firebase installation ID, app version, device language and country, as described in Section 2.2 | They process it on our behalf to deliver the Game's settings. Same Google policies as above |
| Google (Firebase Crashlytics) | Crash reports described in Section 2.3 | They process them on our behalf so we can find and fix crashes. Same Google policies as above |
| Google (AdMob) | The advertising data described in Section 2.4 | To choose, show and measure ads and prevent fraud. For EEA, UK and Swiss users Google acts as an independent controller under its own policies (policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). In US states with privacy laws, once you opt out from the ad privacy row in Settings, it acts on our behalf under restricted data processing |
| Unity (Unity Ads) | The advertising data described in Section 2.4, when Unity takes part in the ad auction or supplies an ad | To bid for, show and measure ads and prevent fraud, as an independent controller under its own policy (unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy). For EEA, UK and Swiss users only within your choices in Google's consent form. In US states with privacy laws it stops using the data for personalized ads once you opt out |
| Meta | The advertising measurement data described in Section 2.5 | To attribute installs to our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to improve how those ads are delivered. For EEA, UK and Swiss users Meta acts as a joint controller for collecting and transmitting the data, and as an independent controller for its own processing, under www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. In US states with privacy laws it acts on our behalf under Limited Data Use |
| Apple (Penguin Slide) | Your purchases, and the saved game kept in your iCloud (Sections 2.6 and 2.7) | Apple sells and bills in-app purchases and runs iCloud as an independent controller under www.apple.com/legal/privacy. We do not send this data to Apple ourselves: it goes from your device to your own Apple Account |
| Google, Apple, Cloudflare | IP address only, via connectivity checks (Section 2.8) | To determine whether the device is online |
| Netlify | Messages sent through the website forms (Section 13) | It hosts this website and stores form messages on our behalf |
Ad networks in the Games: Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others. If Enjoybyte is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will update this policy if that happens.
6. How long we keep it
Analytics data in Firebase is retained for 14 months from collection, after which Google deletes it automatically. The copy in BigQuery is kept no longer than that. Aggregated reports that cannot identify an installation may be kept longer.
Crash reports and the Crashlytics and Firebase installation IDs are retained for 90 days from collection, after which Google deletes them automatically.
Advertising data collected by Google through AdMob is retained under Google's own retention policy, described at policies.google.com/technologies/retention. Advertising data collected by Unity is retained under Unity's policy linked in Section 2.4.
Advertising measurement data received by Meta is retained under Meta's own policy, described at www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the Game or clear its data. The Penguin Slide save in iCloud stays until you delete it in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. Your purchase history is kept by Apple under its own policy.
Email correspondence and messages sent through the website's contact and support forms are kept as long as needed to deal with your question, and then deleted.
7. Your choices
Decline at first launch. The consent screen appears before any analytics, crash reporting, ads or advertising measurement start. If you do not accept, the Game does not enable any of them.
Withdraw your consent in the Game. Open Settings and tap Withdraw consent. Analytics, crash reporting, ads and advertising measurement stop at once, your choices in Google's consent form are cleared, and the consent screen appears again. The Game cannot be played without accepting, as on first launch; uninstalling it has the same effect.
Change your ad choices. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, the ad privacy row in Settings (Ad privacy settings in Food Merge 3D, Ad Privacy in Penguin Slide) opens Google's form again: you can change which ad partners may use your data and whether ads are personalized, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for advertising (Section 10.2). Whatever you choose there, you can keep playing.
Tracking on iOS. Allow or deny tracking for the Game, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track for all apps, in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Reset or delete your advertising ID on Android. Open Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset the identifier or delete it entirely. Deleting it stops it being collected and stops ads being personalized on your device.
Switch off iCloud for Penguin Slide. See Section 2.7.
Uninstall the Game. Removing the Game deletes everything stored on your device and ends all collection. Your Firebase app instance ID is discarded.
Write to us. Email vladm.chpg@gmail.com and we will delete the analytics data associated with your installation on request. Please tell us which Game, the approximate date you installed it and the device model, so we can locate the right records. Advertising data held by Google is subject to Google's own controls, described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and data held by Unity to Unity's controls in its policy. Data held by Meta is subject to Meta's own controls, including Off-Facebook activity in your Facebook settings.
8. Children
The Games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not target the Games to children in our store listings, and their content ratings reflect a general audience. We limit ads in the Games to content suitable for a general audience.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, if you are below the age at which you can agree to the use of your data on your own — between 13 and 16, depending on the country — a parent or guardian must accept this policy for you.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without that, email vladm.chpg@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians may also contact us to ask what, if anything, has been collected from a child's device.
9. Your rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
To exercise any of these, email vladm.chpg@gmail.com. We respond within one month. Because the Games have no accounts, we may need the details listed in Section 7 to find your records. For data that Google, Unity, Meta or Apple hold as controllers in their own right, you can also go to them directly.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. Ours is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
10. Your rights in the United States
This section applies to residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Rhode Island, Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky, as those laws come into effect.
10.1 Notice at collection (California)
| CCPA category | Do we collect it? | Source | Purpose | Disclosed to |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Geolocation data (coarse, country or region level, derived from IP) | Yes | Derived by Google, Unity and Meta from IP | Analytics, showing ads, measuring our advertising | Google, Unity, Meta |
| Commercial information (Penguin Slide only: which in-app products were bought and their price) | Yes | Your device, which learns it from the App Store | Delivering purchases, analytics, measuring our advertising | Google, Meta |
| Personal identifiers such as name, postal address, phone number | No (only a name and email address if you write to us) | — | — | — |
| Financial or payment information | No. Payments are handled by Apple | — | — | — |
| Biometric information | No | — | — | — |
| Audio, electronic, visual or similar information | No | — | — | — |
| Precise geolocation | No | — | — | — |
| Sensitive personal information | No | — | — | — |
| Inferences drawn to create a profile | No | — | — | — |
We retain each category for the period stated in Section 6.
10.2 Selling and sharing for advertising, and how to opt out
We do not sell personal information for money. The Games are paid for by ads, and letting ad networks use your advertising ID and ad interactions to show personalized ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as targeted advertising, under some US state laws.
Opt out in the Game: open Settings and tap the ad privacy row (Ad privacy settings in Food Merge 3D, Ad Privacy in Penguin Slide), then choose not to have your personal information sold or shared. After that, Google applies restricted data processing and Unity stops using the data for personalized ads; ads are not personalized, and the data is used only to show, measure and protect them. You can also opt out by emailing us (Section 10.4).
The Meta SDK runs in Meta's Limited Data Use mode for users in these states, so Meta processes the data only on our behalf (Section 2.5).
We do not build profiles ourselves. We have never knowingly sold or shared the personal information of anyone under 16.
10.3 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access what we have collected about you, including categories, sources, purposes and recipients
- Delete the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of your information
- Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising — as described in Section 10.2; we do no profiling
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — not applicable, as we collect none
- Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights
10.4 How to exercise them
Email vladm.chpg@gmail.com with the subject line "US Privacy Request". Tell us which right you want to exercise, which Game, and your state of residence.
Because the Games have no accounts, we cannot identify you from a name. To locate your data we need the approximate installation date and your device model, and even then we may be unable to match a specific record — in which case we will tell you so rather than guess. This is a consequence of collecting as little as we do.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days where permitted, telling you why.
10.5 Appeals
If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Rhode Island, Kentucky or Tennessee and we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within 60 days with our reasoning. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
11. International transfers
We are based in Poland. Google processes analytics data, crash reports and advertising data on servers in the EU, the United States and other countries. Unity processes advertising data, and Meta advertising measurement data, in the United States and other countries. Apple processes purchases and iCloud data in the United States and other countries.
Where data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these companies rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where they are certified, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. Details are at firebase.google.com/support/privacy, policies.google.com/privacy, unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy, www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and www.apple.com/legal/privacy. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to our own transfers.
12. Security
Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Data stored on your device is held in the Game's private storage, which your operating system isolates from other apps.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection we can offer.
13. This website
This section is about enjoybyte.netlify.app, the site you are reading now — not the Games.
The site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics. Nothing you do here is stored on your device beyond what your browser needs to display the page.
If you write to the address shown on the site, or send a message through the contact or support form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send (for the support form, also the game, platform and topic you select), and we use it only to reply, as described in Section 2.1. Form messages are stored by our host, Netlify, and forwarded to our inbox, and kept as described in Section 6. You can ask us to correct or delete what you have sent us at any time.
Two companies see a request when you open a page. Our host, Netlify, processes standard server log data — your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's request for them exposes your IP address to Google. Both companies handle that data under their own privacy policies.
We may add basic, privacy-conscious analytics to the site in the future. If we do, we will update this section before it happens.
14. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, the Games will show the consent screen again on next launch and ask you to accept the revised policy before analytics, crash reporting, ads and advertising measurement resume.
